Epoxy Repair to bridge top

I have a chunk of steel about 1" thick. maybe 2" wide, and about 8" long I 
can lay on top and tap down a whole bunch of oozy risers all at once.

You mean worse than wanting it to play better and sound better, but not to 
spend any money? This is lots more entertaining than that.
