I think you misunderstood.  I'm not setting all the KR's to .53 I'm setting 
the Strike Weight Ratio to 5.3.  I just measured the result and the 
difference between the sharp and natural cap lines is about 3mm/.125".  I 
don't care what the KR is.... It becomes irrelevent in reference to the top 
action ratio anyway because when you move capstan heel lines your actually 
changing two of the three lever ratios... the key and the wippen...  It's 
SWR we are after... and that's the result of the key/wippen/shank ratios 
multiplying together as one...
