Hi Dave,

I too have neck/shoulder problems and will be very
interested to see what postings come for this.  My
doctor thinks that some artiritis at the top of the
spine is responsible after years of doing this.

Morning excercises seem to help.  I rarely have
pain whilst working but notice it later in the day
when relaxing.
