Unsupported BW target

Hi David,

Set the springs so they just support the weight of the wippen with the
hammers up.

Measure up and down with the springs on several notes and adjust a few to
the balance weight you want then disconnect the springs on those samples and
then reweigh without.  Average those together and you have your target
weight for without.

Reweight the keys, connect the springs and adjust the tension of the springs
to get your final balance weight.

Just takes a little more time is all.
