Sounds very similiar to my sister in laws piano, which I think she just got an offer of 7000 dollars for. I dont really know the US market enough to know whether or not this is a fair price or not tho. The only thing I could point a finger at about her piano is that the action plays a bit poorly. I wrote a bit about that last year after Arlington and getting introduced to Stannwoods stuff.
