Yes, I do. My experience with an L sized grand has been as follows.

The piano was not regulated when it was purchased. There was no spring in the 
whippens, no hammerline, and the hammers were misaligned. 

The tone was particularly brittle and offensive.

I proceded to do what "you got to do" to the regulation and the voicing of 
the hammers and came out with a beautiful tone. The customer was delighted 
and offered a bonus over the amount I charged which I gratefully accepted.
