I've used a Dremel tool for years to unstring a piano.  However, I use the 
fiber reinforced emery wheels instead of a metal saw blade.  Yep!  Fast and 
fun!

Something like this would be more expeditious if the becket were cut
thereby eliminating that procedure. The pins could then be removed with the 
coils
in place.

You'll need a dust mask, I don't think it's a good idea to be breathing in 
the steel dust.
