Have a little mercy on Mozart,

You say "waste it". That Mozart wasted his money, or your professor says so. 

I find this criticism slightly myopic. If what Mozart used the money for was 
a waste, and this waste was his great works, i think your professor should 
ameliorate his analysis to "investment" instead of "waste". Condemnation 
without acknowledgement is Bowdlerization. Many great artists have 
eccentricities, but not all wasters are great artists.
