    This is a letter from a representative of the Baldwin Piano Co..
    I'll help Baldwin as long as they're around,, but I will understand if
they fail.
    It all boils down to poor management.
I really hope that this mess will come out right in the end. One thing that
the dealer said in his letter; "Go Bob Jones!" God Bless you if you can pull
it off, we can really help, if you only will listen for once.
    I really hope that by filing Chapter 11 that the company will have time
to re-think things.
