Plate removal ???: Need more suggestions

Thanks Jim:

I think I'll wait on the jack method.  There is no evidence of the carriage
bolts on the underside of the keybed.  Removed the legs to look as well.
Another possibility is that the bottom of the bolt is countersunk on the
underside of the rim above the key bed.  In other words, the key bed must be
removed to get the block out.

You know, the condition of the board and block is looking better and better
all the time.
