Be careful not to scratch the floor when/if pulling the piano out from the 
wall.

Moving pads under the wheels are useful for this.

Get a tilter, maybe they want double rubber wheels installed also for easy 
moving to clean behind.

Don't lean it, work on it either vertically or horizontally.

The Becket Tool will help to keep the beckets lined-up.

A general quote for replacing a set is $500.00.  1 hour to make a pattern 
and mic the first
and last string of single wound and bichords and trichord (if any). 2 to 3 
hours to install.
Then there's the pulling up and followup tunings, plan three in the 
following two months.
