This is why it is so important to "educate" our customers; at least the ones 
that don't have even a clue. It doesn't take long to explain the basics of 
piano stability, and i find that my customers really appreciate learning 
about their instruments, and will be more likely to understand the reasons 
why pianos go out of tune, have sticky keys, etc.
