Hi,

The statement below just happens to be wrong. Yes, we in Saskatchewan have
low humidity levels *inside*. But outside it is not uncommon for RH to be
70% on a cold winter day.

The problem is that even with super sealed houses the requirement is that
inside air be exchanged 7 times per hour. Heating the air up drops the
humidity (a la dampchaser drier bar). I have personally measured 4% RH.
