Hi James
   In my original post on this subject I stated that I know when to change
sharps and my post was specifically about restoring restorable sharps as
most of our clients own sywys and wish to keep the originals if possible. No
doubt it would be more cost effective to replace them and we do when needed.
new ebony is appox.$ 150.00 plus labor and Terry I do not think there is a
finish on new ones and have not considered it necessary although it might
the looks.........Naaaaah
