Yes, especially when you figure this little life-saver will pay for itself
so rapidly you'll kick yourself for not doing it sooner.
Just the ability to schedule on the fly with such ease is a blessing.
No need to get the top of line with all the extra bells and whistles. The
Palm Pilot M105 for $149 is probably the biggest bang for the buck on the
market.  The bigger models are nice but within time those also will be
selling for 1/2 of the price.
