Hi I was an aural tuner for 20 years. Got an old Sight-O-Tuner and used that incorporating direct-interval tuning for about a year. Now using a SATIII since it came out. I use aural checks everywhere and tweak the calculated tuning using the double-octave beat function all the time to satisfy my ears.
