repin after CA

The hope would be that use of CA would avoid the need for oversize pins. If
I were to be using oversize pins, I would not bother with the CA. But
perhaps you are asking that after a CA application, did you still have loose
pins. In that case, when you have a few persnickety pins, yes, I have either
used a larger pin or shimmed with sandpaper (I prefer sandpaper).

CA compromising the pin block? I should not think it could have any negative
effects. I have never noticed anything other than significant improvement in
tuning pin tightness and feel. CAed pins "feel" very nice for tuning -
except that BIG C-R-A-C-K when you first turn the pin after letting the CA
dry/cure overnight - it's kinda fun!
