Tuning hammer

Anyone ever heard of an Elton Piano Tuning Hammer? I found it the
other day at a thrift store for $4.50. The cheapest Schaff student
lever is $27.93. It was even still in the original box.

It has a one-piece head and tip that's removable but the handle is
fluted, similar to some screwdrivers so it might not be too
comfortable. Haven't tried it yet though. At least it'll be usable
for a backup.
