This is even more amazing than the problem causing the rattle in this 
Baldwin...

Who's more to blame in these cases, Baldwin or the dealer who fails to prep 
the piano and catch these things?  BTW, this ain't it, either.

I could see how this could happen, and it wouldn't really be anybody's fault.
