I need to know if the fair retail market is for selling the piano out of a 
music/piano store, for you to sell it as a tuner, or for a private individual 
selling the piano out of his/her home. Will the sale include a move, tuning, 
gurnatee. etc. Also, the economic state of the area out of which the piano 
will be sold. All these will make a difference.
