Keep her happy. Get her the tools, teacher her how to gentle tune the unisons and tell her if she breaks them she pays to have them replaced. I have found that those customers that learn to tune unisons get less and less happy about their pianos being out of tune because their perception of out of tuneness increases. They are happy and so are you. Newton
