This got me curious, so I took my briefcase to the bathroom scales and weighed it. 17 pounds, fully loaded, computer included. I could lighten that, I'm sure. I was in a class one time where the tech made a point of taking as little into the house as possible. If my memory serves me correctly, it was a roll that probably contained little more than tuning hammer, mutes, tuning fork, and probably several screw drivers. How many of us carry to every piano tools and/or parts that we might use only once every hundred tunings, or even less frequently? I understand, of course, that those who don't drive a vehicle to the location will find it necessary to carry more with them. Regards, Clyde David Ilvedson wrote: > My tool case is 11 lbs.
