How about a part-time job?  How about a full time job?  How about selling
something?  How about bartering with the technician?  If you're serious, it
will show.  How about playing a few parties?  Cleveland is FULL of techs.
I'm sure you'll think of something.  But, do get a qualified person.  I bet
less than $500 work done by a good technician will astound you!  It sounds
like you mostly have friction/humidity problems and some voicing problems.
