There is a small minority of mostly irregular customers ("every ten years whether it needs it or not") who seek out the lowest rate and have no loyalty. Hardly the foundation for building a business. The rest don't expect us to be a bargain compared to other crafts and are not going to go to the Yellow Pages for a difference of a few bucks. Paul Larudee
