Mike,

When and where was your piano built.  Specifically, which company built your
piano?

Those that are spoken of in such derogatory terms by piano technicians were
built by the Samick company in Korea and the name Horugel was simply a
stencil for that company. They may or may not bear any resemblance to the
piano you own.
