Tuning hammer

Carl,

Good humor!  Tuning hammer is indeed a misnomer nowadays, although it is very
commonly used.  Maybe "tuning wrench" sounds strange for some reason, although
it's more accurate.  I also like Schaff's term "tuning lever."
