John, I'm missing this one - so next time he pulls out the piano to install
rubber wheels...oops, dents in the floor again. Or do you suggest jacking up
the instrument and with what? Sorry John, ya lost me on this _help_!

Bob - Why buy liability insurance if you can't use it? I would call your
agent - that's his job. And, I seriously doubt that they'll raise your rates
for a little floor damage. I could see a problem if you dropped a "D" down a
flight of stairs :<)
