Polishing Hinges

Does the wire wheel produce a hi-gloss finish? If so, are there different
grades (grit-type) of wire wheels? Have you ever tried the buffing wheel? If
so, what advantages do you find to the wire wheel? Thanks - I like the
buffing wheel, but I am always looking for a better way! :-)
