Customer Ratio

Martin,
You will be the biggest factor in determining what type of customers
you have. The type of customers you pursue will be the type of customers
you wind up with. If you want customers that tune every six months, them
send them reminders or book the next appointment while your at their house.
What will happen over time is those customers that want to tune every six
months will respond and those that don't, won't. Eventually, if you keep
after your files, you will wind up with a nice list of regulars that want
your reminders. If you don't do this, you will still have regular
customers, just not as many. Good luck.
