The CDC has an excellent page on it at http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/diseases/hanta/hps/index.htm or alternatively, just type "hanta virus" into the address bar of IE and other page suggestions will pop up. One thing to note this time of year is that it's been found in all of the National Parks in the USA and hikers and campers are at a somewhat higher risk. The CDC page has a link to an illustrated Park Service pamphlet on how to keep yourself reasonably safe from it while out enjoying the summer.
