torque wrenches

There are some torque wrenches in in/lbs available from harborfreight.com.
I recently purchased one.  The item number is 02696-2RFH for a 1/4 inch
wrench.   The price is $26.99.  You can order by phone at 800-423-2567.  I
have some other tools from Harbor Freight also that I bought when they
opened a store near me.  The quality is excellent, and the prices are
reasonable.
