Patrick, Computer "friendliness" means not having to consult a manual to operate the program. By pointing out the SAT manual on-line confirms my point that the SAT lacks friendliness. It's a great machine, I love it and make my living using it, but that does not mean it's a user friendly machine. Just being objective, Phil R.
