SAT FAC numbers

I thought the stretch numbers would vary depending on piano and/or scale design. The person who sold me the SAT has over 90 different stretch tuning pages that have different deviations. Wouldn't numbers also differ due to human error, such as imperfect tuning of unisons while in FAC mode, and/or not COMPLETELY stopping the light dots? These may be silly questions, but I'm still learning. Also, could some SATs be in need of calibration?
