Michael: Excercise works! About 15 years ago I took my pianos to a local trade show. Across the aisle from my exhibit was a chiropractor. I never believed in them much but I got to visiting with him. He was aware I was moving pianos. He said if I would excercise my back I could move pianos for many more years. Well I took his advise and have been doing back excercises daily since. Many piano men eventually have back problems but I'm now 68 years old and have no back problems. (I have had front porblems--hernias). I really believe the excercise works. Once I bent over while shaving and a zinger went up my back. Don't happen since the excercise.
