pitch raise time

Hi Bob:

Each time Steve Fairchild did this class and demo, he had someone from the
audience come up and play the piano. It was quite listenable, not perfect,
but enjoyable.

The first time I saw this he went through the piano 3 times in 43 minutes.
That one sounded real good.
