I don't know this particular model, but for additional explanation you might 
also look at the rake of the present hammers (are they tipped back toward 
you?) and the parallel-ness (parallelitudinousness?) of the string plane to 
the keybed. You might also want to check the geometry generally to see if the 
stack can be mounted a little lower (are the capstans extended; will lowering 
the stack make the capstan contact point better or worse w/respect to a line 
drawn between the bottom of the balance rail pin and the wippen support 
flange), etc.  

I think the intent of this action is to make the piano smaller, vertically. 
My guess is the design won't leave much room for change.
