Yes, it could be a Wurlitzer player grand piano. These were marketed in the early 1920s. The player mechanism was, more than likely, of the "Recordo" style. Not able to attain a viable market against the more sophisticated reproducing mechanisms or the Duo-Art, Ampico, and Welte-Mignon, the line did not continue past the mid-twenties. D. Hershman
