James, Look into Freei.net. Totally free internet provider that allows you 50meg of disk space for a website. As long a your not selling I don't think you would have a problem. If you start selling then there may be a fee that you would have to pay for the use of the host system. Check it out. I'm checking it out now in lew of my current situation. I have been very very please with Earthlink so I may not change as I do like their service.
