new flanges on old Steinway

Hi Robin,
                   For what it is worth. I have rebushed and reused a set of
old flange's, with a set of new wippens. It is important to carefully measure
the centre line of the centre pin wrt to the cut out for the rail. 
1mm off in this area can significantly alter the touch weight.
