Richard, I understand your disappointment and confusion. You may not be aware that this ol' world, including PTG, ain't perfect. :-) As Michael said in his note, the ETS Committee _is_ addressing the situation and _is_ attempting to have a fix in place during the Council which immediately precedes the Arlington Convention that would enable you and/or any IC member to take the exams officially and legally according to PTG Bylaws. I suspect that this action was initiated as a direct result of your desire to become an RPT. I would hope that you would work with them in this endeavor. And Richard, net etiquette does recommend that we not post a private note to any list without permission of the author. There are more constructive methods of addressing these kind of situations.
