Upper Midwest Bill?

Up here 35 miles So of the border we're enjoying what looks like a high for
the day of 4 above with wind chills at 35 below. Lakes are solid with cars
of ice fishing persons roaming about and business is as usual. Another truck
load of propane on it's way.
