placed the works back into the old piano and played it for the first
time..... I felt something that nothing in life has given me since I don't
know when... It was such a rush that I have not played a piano with such
enthusiasm as that day last week. I had taken an old silent piece of wood
and metal and breathed life into it. It was such an experience and rush !
Well I'm looking for another piano to learn it's secrets. I hope I can meet
new friends on this list and can share my future experiences and learn from
 yours.

Michael:

You have discovered the secret why all of us technicians love to do what we
do. There is nothing like savoring a job well done. The same feeling comes
over me every time I finish tuning a piano, or completely rebuilding one.
That feeling of total satisfaction.

Good luck in your endeavors. Plan to attend the Florida State Seminar April
9-12 in Daytona, (contact Walter Pearson, (04)225-4804. and look into coming
up to Arlington this summer for the Annual PTG Convention and Institute.
(Contact the PTG home office).

As far as a correspondence course, seriously look into Randy potter's course.
It is a combination of practical and book learning that I think will help you
greatly.

Good luck.
