No, I didn't call Baldwin this time, because experience has shown that calling them doesn't seem to do any good. I have an unresolved problem that I have dealt with the tech department with for over a year. I keep calling, and I do get a hold of someone, they keep telling me they'll take care of it, but they never do. Often time, I never get a call back after leaving a message. I don't know if this is something Kent can take care of, or if this is an attitude with the whole company. But this is not the way it used to be. Wim
