Where's Baldwin?

Why do you think I put my Baldwin question on the Internet?  No, I didn't 
call Baldwin this time, because experience has shown that calling them 
doesn't seem to do any good.  I have an unresolved problem that I have dealt 
with the tech department with for over a year.  I keep calling, and I do get 
a hold of someone, they keep telling me they'll take care of it, but they 
never do.  Often time, I never get a call back after leaving a message. 

I don't know if this is something Kent can take care of, or if this is an 
attitude with the whole company. But this is not the way it used to be.
