What is going on with Baldwin company? At least twice now I cannot seem to get a hold of any one in the tech. dept. and if you leave a message no one calls you back. It has been 4+ messages and 10 days later no return calls. Is any one else experiencing the same problem? Does anyone have any (helpful) suggestions? BP
