Is there an easy way to disengage the top of the pull cable from its plastic housing on the bass muffler bar elbow, rather than loosening the screw (sometime frozen) attaching the cross-bar to the elbow? Get what I mean? Any suggestions welcome! John Lillico, RPT, Oakville ON
