Thanks for your reply Jon. I talked at length with Mark Ellis, Enduro technical representative, and explained my procedures. I let the sprayed finish cure/dry for three weeks with good air movement and 50% humidity before wet sanding. He indicated that wet sanding after that length of cure under those conditions should cause no problems. However, your point is well taken - obviously something is going wrong - and I certainly don't know for sure whether it is my procedures or the products I am using. Unfortunately, after I spray on the Pianolac, I will be wet sanding with Arthur Grudco's wet sanding oil - so a direct comparison will not be made. Well, strike that. I will also paint a test panel with Pianolac and wet sand it with water just to see if the Pianolac performs better than the Enduro - just for the yahoo of it. I'll let ya know how it works out.
