I don't have any direct experience with them but that company was in the 
booth next to the Walter pianos at the Convention in Providence.  I was 
helping the Walter's out at that event (as they were helping me).  I thought 
it was an intriguing idea.  The Walter's did too and now offer them as a 
special order.  Karen Hudson Brown RPT was also a participant with me at the 
Temperament Festival at that convention and chose the Steinway L that was 
displayed there and retrofitted with that keyboard to demonstrate one of the 
temperaments.

Subsequently, she, as a small handed pianist endorsed the idea and product in 
a letter to the Journal several issues back.  She does not participate on 
this List but her E-mail address is <<karenihb@bellsouth.net>>.  By this 
time, she may have some comments good, bad or not a problem with the issues 
you have questions about.
