I think you might be suffering from tootitenitis or sluggish slugs
or dma dampers.  Carefully check the condition of the wires, they
may need polishing, fit of the bushings and if the wire is dragging
on one side or the other and then carefully check the pinning of
the damper centers.  ANY tight pin will cause poor performance.  

ALso check that both strings are equally damped in the bichords, if
not try loosening and repositioning and tightening the guide rail.
