Wapin Bridge

I believe the Wapin bridge was explained in the Journal some 
time ago?  I thought I saw pictures of it.  From cloudy memory 
one bridge pin was straight up and the other two tilted as 
usual.  I'm sure I am not close to right on this but what the 
hell.  I don't feel like looking it up.
