Does anyone know how to contact Samick piano? I've tried their phone number listed in the Guild membership directory. I get a voice mail, leave numbers, and get no replies. I'm working on a Samick grand (G1). The lever that moves the action to the right when the soft pedal is pressed, has lots of fore and aft movement. The result is that is doesn't stay mated to the brass rod that is connected to the pedal. It looks like there is a nylon bushing in the lever that may need replacing. I can't understand why piano companies are so bad about providing customer support. I have had good luck with Yamaha and fair at best with Young Chang.
